My
name is
Paolo Colombini and, as
is easy to understand, I'm keen of
all that "rotate" around
the car's world.
I was born in Trento
(Italy) on
14th juin 1958 and I arrive
at Rome
(Italy) at the age of 9 years.
Actually I'm working and living in
Rome.
From
1993 I had beginning
to collect models in organic way and
I choose the theme :
Renault
and all the vehicles engined by Renault
(Alpine, Formule 1 cars
Williams & Benetton, Saviem and
Mack trucks, ...)
I
collect only
die-cast models because of
my slight capacity to build a kit,
even in my room there are any kit
in their box to build (... ready for
when I'll go in pension!).

As the majority of the childrens,
when I was young I played with
the model cars of those period
(Corgi, Dinky, ....) that now
are reduced as debris.
Only some years later I detected
that those modelcars, destined
to run and crash, today would
have a considerable value.
But the most important things
is that "around
my first 40th years"
I redescovery the boy that is
in me and I dedicate my time
to the models.
My
dream (when I'll be
adult)
is:
to
participate to a meeting of
historic cars avec une beautiful
Renault d'epoque
(that I haven't , for the moment!)
